Thank you for choosing our custom candle gift business. These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (referred to as "you" or the "customer") and our candle business (referred to as "we," "us," or the "company") regarding the purchase and use of our custom candle gifts. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Product Information and Customization: 1.1 We provide custom candle gifts that can be personalized with text and/or other requested designs. 1.2 All product descriptions, dimensions, and images provided on our website or in promotional materials are approximate and for illustrative purposes only. 1.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, design, or customization option without prior notice.

  2. Ordering and Payment: 2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. 2.2 Payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the checkout process. 2.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for orders already placed and confirmed.

  3. Order Processing and Fulfilment: 3.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. This confirmation does not guarantee the availability of the requested customization or product. 3.2 We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order according to the provided specifications and any agreed-upon deadlines. 3.3 Delay in order fulfilment may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain issues or unexpected demand. In such cases, you will be notified with revised timelines.

  4. Intellectual Property: 4.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use any logos, images, or designs submitted for customization. 4.2 By submitting any logos, images, or designs to us, you grant us the right to reproduce, modify, and use them for the purpose of fulfilling your order. 4.3 We reserve the right to refuse any requested design or customization that may infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.

  5. Shipping and Delivery: 5.1 We offer shipping services to the address provided during the order process. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. 5.2 The risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delivery delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. 5.3 International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  6. Returns and Refunds: 6.1 Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted in cases of ordering errors by customer. 6.2 To report a defect or error in your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. 6.3 We reserve the right to request proof of the defect or error before authorizing a return or refund. 6.4 Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method.

  7. Limitation of Liability: 7.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our products or services. 7.2 Our total liability in any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in question.

  8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: 8.1 These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. 8.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.
