Shipping Confirmation

After checking out, you'll receive an automated email within 15 minutes to confirm your purchase. If you don't see it in your inbox, kindly check your Junk/Spam folder. Please email us at hello@silkivorycandles.com if you do not receive any purchase confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and safety of the shipping address. We are not liable for any inaccurately entered shipping information or for packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe address.

Handling

As we hand pour and customise your candles with utmost care, upon order confirmation please allow 3 - 4 business days for your order to be delivered to your shipping address.

Standard delivery: SGD$6.99. Free shipping for orders above SGD$80.

EXPEDITED delivery: Next day delivery is available for SGD$15 (for orders before 3pm).  Please dm us to check with other expedited delivery timings.

Delivery is available Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).

We'll send you a preview of the candle to your email before it's delivered, so you can see your customized gift in advance!
