Refund/return policy

  1. Non-Defective Custom Gift Products: a. Due to the personalized nature of custom gift products, returns or refunds for non-defective items are generally not accepted. b. It is essential to double-check all customization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer during the ordering process. c. If a non-defective item needs to be returned or refunded, it will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse a return/refund.

  2. Ordering Errors by Customer: a. Any errors made by the customer during the customization process, such as typos, incorrect messages, or wrong color selections, are solely the responsibility of the customer. b. We are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to customer errors. c. Please verify and review all customization details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products: If your order happens to arrive in a damaged state, we kindly ask that you promptly send us a message via WhatsApp for immediate response at +65 82984658 within 24 hours to report your issue. Please include your order number along with a photo showcasing the condition of the item.
