Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and safety of the shipping address. We are not liable for any inaccurately entered shipping information or for packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe address.


As we hand pour and customise your candles with utmost care, upon order confirmation please allow 3 - 4 business days for your order to be delivered to your shipping address.

Standard delivery: SGD$6.99. Free shipping for orders above SGD$80.

EXPRESS delivery: Next day delivery is available for SGD$15. 

Delivery is available Monday – Sunday (excluding public holidays).

We'll send you a preview of the candle before it's delivered, so you can see your customized gift in advance!  

Refund/return policy

If your order happens to arrive in a damaged state, we kindly ask that you promptly send us a message via WhatsApp for immediate response at +65 82984658. Please include your order number along with a photo showcasing the condition of the item. Each case will be handled individually, but rest assured that we will make every effort to find a solution that leaves you satisfied.
