Do You Send The Completed Design for Approval?
Yes! After we have completed the production process and right before your candles are out for delivery, we'll send you a design proof directly via WhatsApp. This way, you can have a sneak peek of the final product and ensure everything is absolutely perfect.
When is Your Lead Time?
After order confirmation, we take great care in creating and personalising the candle and this will take 1-2 days. Afterwards, delivery will take approximately 2 days. Please expect about 4 business days for item to arrive.
How Much is the Shipping?
We take great care in ensuring that they reach our customers in perfect condition. By charging the $6.99 shipping fee, we can guarantee that your order will be handled with delicate care, from our warehouse to your doorstep.
What if Name and/or my Personal Message is Too Long for the Candle?
We allow a maximum of 50 words for every unique personal message and a maximum of 12 letters for the name.
Do You Take Urgent Last Minute Orders?
Yes! If you are in need of a candle gift urgently, please contact us personally at hello@silkivorycandles.com or via our Instagram to chat with us. The option would be a next day delivery - EXPRESS delivery at $15.
